This is the first time I make this stitch. I have to watch some videos before I figured out how to sew it and the design came out pretty nice especially the 'closed' Cretan stitch done on the hearts. I particularly liked the centre criss-cross! The open stitches were done randomly after seeing some samples of work by others.It is clearly an experience in learning new stitches and using those that I've known to sew creatively! :)
